Son Seok Koo Beats Song Joong Ki in Movie Actor Brand Rankings
Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute officially announced the names of celebrities who made it to the Movie Actor Brand Reputation Ranking for May 2023.
Topping this month's list is "My Liberation Notes" star Son Seok Koo, while Song Joong Ki and Ma Dong Seok came second and third, respectively.
Based on the analysis, the research institute gathered 123,597,230 indexes of brand big data of 50 movie actors loved by consumers in Korea. The data collected started from April 29 to May 29 by measuring viewer participation, social media, and communication and community indices.
In addition for a clearer understanding, the brand reputation index extracts brand big data and analyzes consumer behavior through reputation analysis algorithms.
KCRRI's director said that after their meticulous research and observation, Son Seok Koo topped May 2023's brand reputation rankings with linked terms "gentle," "sexy," and "sweet" in his name, while his keywords analysis is composed of "Baeksang Arts Awards," "Nine Puzzle," and "model."

After the three male stars occupied the top three spots, female stars Jeon Do Yeon and Kim Hye Soo ranked fourth and fifth in this month's rankings.
Park Seo Joon, who made his silver screen return through "Dream" alongside IU, ranked sixth on the list, while Hyun Bin landed at No. 9.
