Netflix's 'Queen of Tears' Drops New Posters

A few more weeks before its highly-anticipated debut, tvN's romance series "Queen of Tears" unveiled new posters teasing the turbulence that the onscreen couple will face in their marriage.

Written by "Crash Landing on You" and "My Love From the Star" writer Park Ji Eun, "Queen of Tears" foretells the humorous and thrilling romance story of a married couple who manage to survive a crisis and maintain their relationship against all odds.

Kim Soo Hyun is Baek Hyeon Woo, a legal director in Queens Group, while Kim Ji Won takes the role of Hong Hae In, his wife, the chaebol heiress and dubbed as the 'queen of Queen Group's' department stores.

In the provided posters, the married couple stands in front of a picturesque and romantic backdrop. In contrast to the beautiful surroundings, Baek Hyeon Woo and Hong Hae In exchange gaze at each other with stiff and cold expressions.

The caption says, "We married because we were in love, but why don't we love each other after making vows?." This hints at their strained marriage, which is set to unfold in the upcoming episodes.

The next poster displayed the couple enjoying their time together in the middle of a pink flower garden which is surrounded by the heartwarming vibes of spring.

There was also a text that reads, "Right this moment, a romance story that is miraculously starting anew," which gives excitement to viewers, raising anticipation for the couple's rekindled romance.

Furthermore, the romance-comedy series is expected to grace the small screen beginning March 9 at 9:20 p.m. KST. New episodes will air regularly every Saturday and Sunday.

International fans and viewers can watch "Queen of Tears" on tvN, TVING, and the famous online streaming giant Netflix.
