Ju Ji Hoon Showcases a Radical Change in 'Project Silence'
Weeks ahead of the movie's premiere, CJ ENM dropped new still cuts of Ju Ji Hoon's character as Jo Bak.
He works as a tow truck driver who showed compassion to the victims after hearing about the chaotic accident at the bridge.
In the latest teaser, "Project Silent" delivered the actor's flexibility, taking on unexpected visual styles that fans have never seen before.
Almost unrecognizable with his dapper looks, Ju Ji Hoon appeared with long hair and highlights and looked skinnier than his usual physique.
Interestingly, his character, Jo Park, showcased his oozing free-spirit and cheerful charm despite the unpredictable disaster.
With this, the character and Ju Ji Hoon's portrayal of Jo Park, will surely amplify the curiosity of viewers.
In a report, movie director Kim Tae Gon, teased viewers with what to expect in the upcoming movie, especially with Ju Ji Hoon's portrayal.
"The loveliness of Ju Ji Hoon's sense of humor and sense was doubled by Ji Hoon's charm and portrayal of the character of Jo Park, which has many comical elements."
Moreover, the director also mentioned that the actor is very particular with his facial expressions, tone of voice, and actions.
'Project Silence' Cast and Release Date
Other than Ju Ji Hoon, joining the star-studded cast of "Project Silence" is Kim Hee Won as Dr. Yang. He works as a senior researcher who is behind the secretive "Project Silence."
Adding to the list is the late Lee Sun Kyun, also known as Jung Won. He is the Security Administration head of the airport, and he is set to see his daughter off to study overseas.
Jung Won's daughter, Kyung Min, is played by Kim Soo Ahn in the K-drama "Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist."
With the intriguing teasers and still cuts, "Project Silence" is scheduled to officially hit theaters on July 12.
