On March 5, a Korean netizen, according to WikiTree, posted on social media about their encounter with the disgraced K-pop idol.

"He was eating like a thief with a pretty woman," the netizen noted. The unexpected attention prompted an interaction with the restaurant owner, who asked for Seungri's autograph. However, he quickly consumed a few bites and left the establishment shortly after.

Another netizen corroborated the sighting, claiming they saw Seungri enter a room with drawn curtains in the restaurant. Although several people recognized him, many pretended not to know who he was.

"After he left, I told the owner to not hang it up (autograph) because he's a bad guy. She responded, 'I know,'" the second netizen shared.

Seungri, whose real name is Lee Seung-hyun, played a prominent role in the 2019 Burning Sun scandal, which shook the K-pop industry.

He was sentenced to one year and six months in prison and was released in February 2024
