Jay-Z and Kanye West may be tight, but Jay-Z may not be West's best man at his wedding to Kim Kardashian. The hip-hop mogul has reportedly said no to the superstar rapper's important invitation, due to concerns over Kardashian's reality show.

Kardashian and her entire family have been followed by cameras for years now due to their show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Every move Kardashian makes is recorded and shown on TV. Even West's grand proposal to her last October -- which involved the San Francisco baseball stadium and a 15-carrat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring - appeared on the show. Jay-Z simply does not want to his time with his wife Beyonce and their daughter, Blue Ivy to be filmed for it. They do not want to be in a reality show.

West and Kardashian however, have yet to confirm whether or not their wedding will be filmed for the reality show. The grapevine has been rife for months with rumors that the couple is going to have an extremely large wedding, but recent reports say the pair is actually planning a smaller wedding. If that is the case, cameras might not be allowed in after all.

Jay-Z and West have been best friends and close business partners for a long time. They even recently entered into a joint venture together, with West's Donda partnering with Jay-Z's Roc Nation. So far, there have been no reports about West's reaction to Jay-Z's rejection.

West and Kardashian's wedding has been set for May of this year. They have announced plans about having it in Paris, as it is what they consider their second home. Kardashian recently revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live that she and her fiancé have been sharing their wedding duties equally. "We're kind of taking different roles. Like, he'll take care of the music, I'll take care of the seating chart, different stuff like that. So we're making it really easy on each other," she said.
