Harry Shum is engaged to fellow dancer and actress, Shelby Rabara, as confirmed by his rep to PEOPLE this Saturday. The 31-year-old Glee actor, who has played Mike Chang on Glee since 2009, popped the question to his longtime girlfriend, Rabara, while they were on vacation in Hawaii this past October. Rabara, a dancer and actress, has appeared in a few episodes of Glee, as Shoshandra. She has also appeared on Community, CSI and Bunheads. The couple has also worked together on 2010-2011 web series about two groups of rival dancers, The LXD: The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers.

"They have been together for years and are so great together," a source tells US Weekly.

After the news broke, Shum took to his Twitter late on Saturday, tweeting a cute photo of the couple with a puppy and a horse head, with the funny caption, "Thank you guys for the well wishes!!! Just have to figure out how to get rid of this third wheel..."

The popular musical comedy-drama television show Glee is currently in its fifth season. On October 17, 2013, in the wake of the tragic death of Cory Monteith three months earlier, Glee creator Ryan Murphy announced that the sixth season of Glee will be the final season of the series.

Shum and his fiancee recently paid just under $1 million for a three bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills. It looks like the newly engaged couple is getting ready to settle down!

Shum is the sixth Glee cast member to get engaged recently. Naya Rivera (Santana) and rapper Big Sean also got engaged in October 2013. Matthew Morrison (Mr. Schue) got eengaged to girlfriend Renee Puente in June 2013. Blake Jenner (Ryder) and Melissa Benoist(Marley) got engaged around that same time. Former recurring actor Max Adler (Karofsky) is also engaged, and Dot-Marie Jones (Beiste) got married to girlfriend Bridgett Casteen on December 21, 2013.
