NetherRealm Studios has teased many fans once again as the Mortal Kombat 10 devs revealed six possible characters that will appear in the game. Ed Boon continues to tweet cryptic messages on Twitter regarding Mortal Kombat 10's possible appearance in E3 2014 and is NetherRealm making another crossover game?

Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon has tweeted cryptic and mysterious count down messages relating to upcoming E3 2014. Some gaming fans assume that Ed Boon will reveal two new games for NetherRealm Studios and these are Mortal Kombat 10 and Injustice 2. A new tweet from Ed Boon has surfaced on the Twitterverse and it goes like this.

So far, these tweets are our only clues in figuring out what's in the mind of Ed Boon, but a certain Mortal Kombat fan page point out six characters that are rumoured to join the Mortal Kombat 10. These characters are Tanya, Fujin, Frost, Shinnok, Ashrah and Bo Rai Cho. Shinnok was first hinted as the next main villain of Mortal Kombat 10 after the ending of Mortal Kombat 9 where in Quan Chi contacted his master on Shao Khan's failure to conquer Earthrealm, and proceeded to go with the next plan.

These rumored characters are certainly the hype gaming fans needed in looking forward to Mortal Kombat 10 in E3 2014, but that's not all! Several sources say that NetherRealm Studios is working on a new crossover game as Ed Boon teased fans by answering the tweet he posted earlier.

Could NetherRealm be working on another crossover game that involves Mortal Kombat facing other popular fighting franchises such as Street Fighter and Tekken? After all there was Mortal Kombat vs.DC Universe so it could happen and the possibilities are limitless.
