"Once Upon A Time" season 4 spoilers point to a new casting in Elizabeth Mitchell ("Lost Revolution"). Although her role is still unknown, rumors say her character has ties to the new "Frozen" cast and is "possibly malevolent."
The E! News has revealed "Once Upon A Time" season 4 spoilers when it confirmed the casting of Elizabeth Mitchell.
"Mitchell's character may be a villain and will have ties to the 'Frozen' characters 'Once Upon a Time' is bringing in for the upcoming fourth season," the website said.
With regards to her role, InsideTV still has no idea what that would be although it suggested, citing sources, that it's "possibly malevolent."
The "Once Upon A Time" and "Frozen" mashup was teased at the finale of season 3 when the unmistakable ice gown and cape of Queen Elsa was revealed.
The coveted role of Queen Elsa went to 'Fringe' star Georgina Haig, while Elizabeth Lail will play the Queen's sister Anna, and Scott Michael Foster will play Kristoff.
The characters in 'Frozen' will continue with the story arc from the animated film. Queen Elsa and Princess Anna will rekindle their closeness while Kristoff, as Anna's love interest, will try to adjust to the luxurious life in the Arendelle castle.
Talking about the what to expect in the mashup, series co-creator Adam Horowitz dished out "Once Upon A Time" season 4 spoilers to E! when he said that they have no plans of redoing the movie, "because we just don't feel like it's in anyone's interest for us to redo it."
"But what we are going to do, we're not ready to tell you. But what we can say is we're very aware of what we think makes this character from 'Frozen' so special and we want to honor that and make sure that what we do is in the universe of everyone fell in love with this past year," he said.
