Age is not an issue as Cameron Diaz is dating Benji Madden at 41 years old, as she denied rumors that she ever slept with "Charlie's Angels" co-star Drew Barrymore.

In talking about being comfortable about her own skin being one of the older women in Hollywood, Cameron Diaz told InStyle magazine: "I like being 41. I love it." So much s--t just falls away. Fear, mostly. It's the best age."

"That's when a woman knows how to work things, or she doesn't care about that anymore. You just stop being afraid. You don't worry about what men think. You just don't worry that time registers anything awful," she added.

Cameron Diaz is dating Benji Madden, the other half of the twin in the rock band Good Charlotte, who is six years her junior.

Although rumors of Cameron Diaz dating Benji Madden started a few weeks ago after they were seen holding hands while picking their coffee, ABCNews reported, it was only recently when they were really displaying PDA even with the paparazzi around.

They haven't really outright confirmed their relationships but multiple photos revealed that the two are already an item. Early this month, Nicole Richie confirmed that Cameron Diaz is dating Benji Madden and she hooked her brother-in-law (Nicole is the wife of Benji's twin Joel) with her friend.

Meanwhile, Cameron Diaz confirmed to E! News that she slept with a woman previously but it wasn't Drew Barrymore.

"Some media outlet called for a comment and they wanted to know whether I was with Drew," she said. "Literally, I said, 'That makes me want to vomit in my mouth.' That's like saying I'm having sex with my sister."

On the question of whether she would ever consider a threesome with Drew Barrymore, she appeared offended as she said, "Are you crazy? I wouldn't even ménage with her!"
