Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis Dating? Dating Rumors Cool Off As Duo Prepare For 'Shall We Dance On Year'
Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis Dating?: The rumors of Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis daing are cooling off after Meryl Davis and on-ice dance partner Charlie Whie have been nominated for 2014 ESPYs best female/male Olympian.
The 2014 ESPYs are about the best in U.S. sports and Davis will be focusing more on the ESPYs than on Maks.
In addition, a Twitter announcement, said that the DWTS partners will take part in 'Shall We Dance on Ice later this year. Judging from the announcment, Davis will be teaming up with her ice skating parnter and fellow gold medalist Charlie White. In the meantime Maksim Chmerkovskiy will be pariing with DWTS pro Sharna Burgess. But it is likely they will switch partners during the event.
After all, Maksim had tweeted that he would dance with Meryl again.
The Disson Skating website lists Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Sharma Burgess were mentioned as 'special guests during the event. 2010 U.S. Olympic teamsters Tanith Belbin and Ben Agoso, 2002 Olympic gold medalists and six time French champions Marina Anissina and Gwendal Peizeat. Hosts for the event are Kristi Yamaguch and Edward Villela.
“This event will showcase a journey of dance through the ages with dancing and skating. Music and special effects will create the segments of time and genre of dance, which will be performed by dancers and transition into elegant productions on the ice.”
The Disson Skating Show is described as an event that will include 'amazing dance and ice skating along with the music and enthralling special effects.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis were champs of DWTS last season, taking home the Mirror Ball Trophy. Although fans had hoped Maks and Davis would take their friendship to the next level, their off and on relationship has been lukewarm at best.
Reports point out that Maks and Davis have not seen each other in a month. However, they are in touch since they will want to win the next big dancing event together in December.
