Kim Kardashian has recently poured out her thoughts on younger brother Rob Kardashian's ongoing life troubles.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star confessed that she practices tough love on her brother who has been struggling with his weight and other problems with his personal life for the past couple of months now.

On Sunday night's episode of "KUWTK," the 27-year-old sock entrepreneur failed to join his entire family for a trip to Thailand and this upset everyone, most especially Kim, according to US Weekly.

"We've all been here to offer him help and he won't take it, so I don't have sympathy," Kim said on the show. I think I'm just more of the tough love kind of person. My personality is like, 'All right, you complain, you don't like it, get up and do something about it," she added.

Meanwhile, Rob's other sister, Khloe, who is much closer to him than Kim, clarified, "Rob has deeper issues than just weight."

The 30-year-old Khloe added, "Kim doesn't have sympathy because she's never lived with someone like that. She doesn't understand it. To say 'give someone tough love' - it's so much easier said than done," Khloe said as reported by Wet Paint.

A few months back, Rob himself addressed the various issues surrounding his weight and wrote via Twitter, "To the blogs saying I went to fat camp or rehab, LOL... Then why am I still fat u fools? Y'all must have run out of real news. First, I don't believe in rehab or therapy or anything of that sort and second, I'm a grown man and will work on myself when I choose. I am aware that I'm fat that def ain't a surprise to me lol... My only therapy will be in the gym, anyways had to say somethinggggggggggg."

Rob was photographed last month after leaving the gym and his trainer, Gunnar Peterson confirmed that he's slowly getting back on track, US Weekly noted.
