Twitter, Instagram, Social Media React To #MH17 Crash: News of the Malaysian Airline Crash in Eastern Ukraine, some experts say that the missing MH370 flight that went down in the Inidan Ocean less than six months ago could have suffered a similar fate as the shot down #MH17 flight in Ukraine.
"Looks like it may be a terrible tragedy. Right now we're working to determine whether there were American citizens on board. That is our first priority," said President Barrack Obama after he was briefed on the tragedy. After his speech in Delaware, reports said 23 Americans were on the #UkraineCrash.
30-year-old psychology student, Md Ali Md Salim, posted a video to Instagram right before the MH#17 took off. Buzzfeed quoted Salim's video as captioned, "Bismillah... #hatiadasikitgentar," which translates to "In the name of God ... feeling a little bit nervous." The fate of the missing Malaysian Airlines MH370 was still on the minds of some passengers.
