Warner Bros. pictures ramps up the excitement for moviegoers by releasing two new clips for their "Into the Storm" new movie trailer. The much anticipated tornado disaster film directed by Steven Quayle stars Richard Armitage, Sarah Wayne Callies, Matt Walsh and Nathan Kress of "iCarly" fame among others.
Flicks and Bits shared the two clips for the "Into the Storm" new movie trailer. In the first one, the storm chasers spot, not just one, but four funnels form and make touchdown in four different areas simultaneously. They are driving along a wide highway when this occurs, and these tornadoes, which start out with two, and then split, forming two more, surround them. The first clip ends with a spray of glass as one of the tornadoes move furiously towards the highway, just a few feet away from where they are driving.
In the second clip for the "Into the Storm" new movie trailer, Richard Armitage and Sarah Wayne Callies march into the designated shelter building and tell the people there that they need to take the buses to another evacuation center. He divulges that a storm, more powerful than anything they have encountered, is nearing.
The leader of the evacuees, however, expresses doubts, saying that he could not risk the lives of all those in the center. Richard persuades him, and just as they were evacuating, the camera focuses on the storm clouds overhead as they start to thicken.
These two clips for the "Into the Storm" new movie trailer definitely send viewers' hearts racing. According to director Steven Quayle, as reported by NME, they created the natural disaster flick to let the viewers' experience the thrills and chills of facing a deadly storm. The cast warns the audience that nature possesses no conscience, and that they must ready themselves to see how bad Mother Nature's wrath can get when the movie opens on August 8.
