The closer it gets to the season six premiere of "Glee," the more spoilers are revealed by the show's creators and cast members.
After it was confirmed that Max Adler will return to the show to reprise his role as Dave Karofsky, it has now been revealed that the Warblers and the New Directioners will once again ignite their rift.
Throughout the past couple of seasons, the Warblers and the New Directioners have been sworn enemies, competing against each other for the title of being high school's best singing group.
Although there has been no confirmation yet on whether or not the two choirs will continue to battle it off on stage, actor Nolan Funk, member of the Warblers, recently posted a selfie photo with ex-Warbler-turned-New Directioner Darren Criss, according to the Christian Post.
He wrote, "#WarblerSelfie @DarrenCriss @GLEEonFox.
"Glee" will start filming next month but it seems that Funk and Criss met up to discuss possible storylines for the series' last season, Beauty World News reported.
Meanwhile, several new characters will be added to this season's final run. One character fans need to watch out for is former Dalton Academy student, Jane, who was described by TV Line as a "righteous, ambitious and unconventionally pretty girl, who left Dalton Academy in favor of McKinley High because tradition kept her from joining The Warblers."
Actress Jane Lynch, who plays the role of Sue Sylvester somehow confirmed The Warblers' and the New Directioners' feud.
"I think we're going to have some surprises about who's going to be the choir director of The Warblers and who will be the choir director of Vocal Adrenaline. I think it'll be a big surprise," she told Entertainment Weekly back in June.
"Glee" season 6 will have 13 40-minute episodes and is slated for release this coming 2015.
