"Chelsea Lately" had a star-studded ending last night, highlighted by an intervention by A-Listers Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock and a hot moment shared between the 39-year-old comedienne and former lover 50 Cent. Other memorable moments from the finale included a nude shower scene with Ellen DeGeneres, and a song number with celebrities including ex Disney stars Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Vanessa Hudgens.

Reported by Variety, the "Chelsea Lately" ending intervention staged by Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock with friend Mary McCormack poked fun at the comedienne's reported move to Netflix.

In a hilarious mock attempt to stop host Chelsea Handler from quitting, the trio joked about Netflix as code for rehab, saying: "Netflix is a wonderful facility where you'll be able to get all the help you need."

Another highlight of the "Chelsea Lately" ending was when rapper 50 Cent did a surprise performance for the live audience. The hip-hop star and Chelsea Handler reportedly dated in the past, and the talk show host admitted to the rapper: "I did end our relationship abruptly."

She added: "I wanted you to know I have not dated a black man since. They say when you go black you can't go back, well I came running back."

According to Variety, the "Chelsea Lately" ending also featured a video of Ellen DeGeneres in a "Nude Shower Fight" segment with Chelsea Handler. The segment was not the first time for Chelsea Handler to do a nude shower scene, as she appeared in one years ago with fellow talk show host Conan O' Brien.

The "Chelsea Lately" ending closed with a song number featuring a slew of celebrities, reported by E!News.

Among the most talked about guests were ex Disney stars Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Vanessa Hudgens. Musicians Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Avril Lavigne, LeAnn Rimes, Wiz Khalifa were also part of the performance.

Other celebrities present included Gerard Butler, Kate Beckinsale, Tim Gunn, Justin Theroux, Kelly Osbourne, Melissa McCarthy, Chloe Grace Moretz, Johnny Knoxville, Ross Mathews, and Naya Rivera.

The group sang: "Goodbye to E!, it's time to move on. She wants to sing, she wants to dance and get her groove on."

Chelsea Handler closed the show by sharing a heartfelt thank you: "I'm really really appreciative to E! for giving me this opportunity to do the show, and I never really got a chance to be serious and say thank you."

The comedienne's hit talk show, "Chelsea Lately", ran for seven years alongside other E! shows such as "Keeping Up With The Kardashians".

According to a report from Mirror UK, the US chat show host claims the reality TV family is one of the reasons why she decided to leave the network.

"You can sit around and complain about all that s*** and the Kardashians all day - but if you're participating in it then what can you do?" Chelsea Handler said.

The comedienne went on about her hit talk show: "It really didn't feel great doing the show, and the only way to sort things out was to extricate myself from the entire situation."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the comedienne apparently already has her first stand-up outing after "Chelsea Lately" ends. Netflix confirmed that a taping of Chelsea Handler's latest tour, "Uganda Be Kidding Me", will debut on October 10, just around a month after "Chelsea Lately" officially signs off.
