Kendall Jenner, together with Kylie Jenner, arrived at the Lavo nightclub in Manhattan just last week. As soon as they arrived at the club, fans were screaming for their attention. Despite the loud cacophony of screams from their fans, they, especially Kendall Jenner, did not seem to show much of an acknowledgment.
According to Kendall Jenner, it was something that she has already gotten used to. She told VF Daily, "It's been this way our entire lives. So, it's hard not to get used to it. It's kind of crazy, but it's definitely a blessing."
Just like their older siblings, Kendall Jenner and Kylie navigated through the chaos as they make their way to the club, appearing to relish in the pandemonium that surrounded them.
Moreover, it would seem that Kendall Jenner has a lot to celebrate for these past couple of weeks. She got an editorial in Vogue and double Teen Vogue September covers. She also shared a cover with her sister Kylie in DuJour, which was the host of the Lavo Fete that Thursday night.
Additionally, Kendall Jenner has also admitted that, despite being in the spotlight, she looked up to her equally famous sisters for advice. She said, "They have incredible style. I've looked up to them my entire life." Plus, it looks like style is not the only thing that Kendall Jenner has inherited from her sisters.
In fact, just this week, Kendall Jenner also became a center of a particular controversy. A still that was taken during the night of the Video Music Awards became viral, showing Kendall Jenner, alongside Kylie and Kim Kardashian, texting during a moment of silence that was intended as a tribute to the slain teenager Michael Brown. Many people were a bit outraged by Kendall Jenner's lack of respect for the moment.
However, Kendall Jenner has adamantly denied this. She said, "It wasn't true because I remember specifically sitting there bowing my head down for the moment of silence."
Moreover, a series of reports circulated online, stating that Kendall Jenner intended to drop her last name. Asked for her opinion on this matter, she indicated that these reports were just plain befuddling. She said, "I can't believe that's actually becoming a story. It's just for my work. I did that last season as well. It's not as big a deal as people are making it out to be."
