The critically acclaimed and popular tvN Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Queen In-Hyun's Man' is set for an encore run, due to popular demand from viewers across South Korea and abroad.
tvN, in announcing the month-long reruns, stated that the decision was made to "not only give the viewers who have yet to see the series an opportunity to watch, but to listen to those who have already watched and requested a rerun in order to experience the intense emotions they felt the first time".
The 16-episode drama 'Queen In-Hyun's Man' revolves around the story of the Chosun Dynasty scholar Kim Boong Do (Ji Hyun Woo), who time travels in order to restore Queen In-Hyun to the throne only to end up in 2012, where he runs into a no-name actress Choi Hee Jin (Yoo In Na), who happens to be playing the role of Queen In-Hyun in a drama called 'New Jang Hee Bin'. The romance that consequently blooms is a love story that runs across time and space, drawing praise from critics for the two co-stars' convincing acting, culminating in the finale on June 7th that also saw the now-famous public confession of love for Yoo In Na by Ji Hyun Woo.
The reruns are scheduled to air Monday through Thursday at 6pm on tvN.
