Mama June has hit back at reports that she's dating again her ex-boyfriend who was convicted of child molestation charges, as TLC confirmed that "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" is cancelled.
In a statement released to NY Daily News on Friday, TLC said that "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" was cancelled and the network "ended all activities around the series, effective immediately."
"Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children's ongoing comfort and well-being," the network added.
The statement came on the heels of the TMZ report that Mama June is again seeing her ex-boyfriend Mark McDaniel, who was imprisoned for child molestation charges.
However, Mama June uploaded on Facebook what she called as a "Truth Video" where she addressed all the rumors about dating a child molester, Mark McDaniels, who was pointed as the main reason why the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" was cancelled.
In the video, per MailOnline, she said: "Just got a phone call this morning from TLC and, as of right now there will be no more production of the show. "These statements of me dating a sex offender is totally untrue. "(My daughter) Pumpkin has openly said that I am not dating him and also his son.
"I would not ever ever ever put my kids in danger. I love my kids too much. That is my past. I have not seen that person in 10 years and I don't seem to want to see that person," she said.
Despite the TMZ report that they saw each other at a hotel last month, Mama June insisted that she has not seen McDaniel in a decade since he was in jail. She also said that she has no plans of seeing the person again.
"We just want to thank from the bottom of our hearts the support that we have had from our fans since May 2012. The love the careness that you fans have showed us. The experience has been awesome to us, the girls have been able to do things that they not normally would have been able to do," Mama June said.
