Chris Brown is dating Karrueche Tran amid alleged "Mean Girl" treatment from partners of fellow musicians, including Kanye West's wife Kim Kardashian. An insider has revealed to Radar Online that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star thinks the "Loyal" singer's girlfriend is "lowbrow," possibly after rumors dragging Kendall Jenner into the two's 5-year-relationship.
Kim Kardashian's alleged diss towards Karrueche Tran reportedly stemmed from the latter's request to have a photo taken with the reality star and her hiphop mogul husband. The incident reportedly took place during the Hollywood listening party of Teyana Taylor.
Karrueche Tran reportedly requested for Kim Kardashian to pose in a group picture with their respective musician beaus. According to Radar Online, it was then when "Kim (Kardashian) said 'absolutely not' and turned her down".
Since Chris Brown is dating Karrueche Tran, the R&B singer reportedly asked for the photo himself through Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West. After that, the rapper's wife obliged but "made it very clear she was not happy about it," said the source.
"She acted like a complete b*tch. At one point, she even walked away while Karrueche was talking to her," the source added.
When asked why Kim Kardashian would pull an ego trip on the petite model, the insider told Radar Online that the TV personality supposedly finds Karrueche Tran too "low brow".
"It was clear she believes she's better than other people," the insider added about Kim Kardashian.
Karrueche Tran's mean encounter with Kim Kardashian could also likely be the latter's reaction to her younger sister, Kendall Jenner, being linked to Chris Brown. According to a report from Hollywood Life, the reality star turned aspiring model is "obsessed" with the "X" singer.
A report from Us Weekly even detailed how the aspiring model went to the R&B singers place after the MTV Video Music Awards last August 24.
Kendall Jenner seemed to be unfazed by the fact that Chris Brown is dating Karrueche Tran, and even "hung out with friends until 5 a.m." at the singer's house.
An insider revealed, reported by Us Weekly: "(Kendall) is obsessed with Chris."
