"Once Upon a Time" season 4 cast Ginnifer Goodwin has not acted on the show just yet as she weighed in on her character Mary Margaret's parenthood.
According to the report from Extra TV, "Once Upon a Time" season 4 cast Ginnifer Goodwin has been very tired following the birth of baby Oliver.
"I haven't started acting yet this year. I just show up exhausted and have to be exhausted Mary Margaret," she told reporters, adding that the writers and producers have been very supportive.
She said that they will ask her, "'How are you?' I'm like, 'I'm tired.' And they're like, 'We have a great episode for you coming up.'"
Meanwhile, she also said that being a first-time mom has given her a new perspective playing Mary Margaret, who's a mom to baby Neal. The series, it was revealed, uses eight babies for Neal and now "Once Upon a Time" season 4 cast Ginnifer Goodwin can tell them apart.
"That's a new mom quality I have. I used to be like, 'babies look like babies.' And now that I have a baby, I'm like, how does the audience not notice that in every shot, this is a different kid?" she shared.
As to Mary Margaret being a mom, the actress said, "She believes that she needs to be like this ridiculously, unrealistically perfect, multi-tasking mayor mother... she's also scared to ask for help."
In another interview with Access Hollywood, "Once Upon a Time" season 4 cast Ginnifer Goodwin said that Mary Margaret/Snow White has this fear about letting go of Neal again.
"I think there's like a physical need to hold tight and I also think that given what happened to Emma, I think that she thought that having a baby was gonna sort of make up for what happened before and that there would be like an [alleviating] of the guilt, but instead, she doesn't really feel suddenly deserving somehow... of Neal at all," she said.
