Tekken X Street Fighter For PS4 And Xbox One Release Date has been hinted during Friday's San Diego Comic Con 2014.
Although Tekken director Katsuhiro Harada confirmed that the game was "still in development", the team said that a target date for a release on the new game is expected to hit the shelves of PlayStation and Xbox gamers on the last quarter of 2015.
After seeing no light of day after it was announced during the 2010 San Diego Comic Con, game developers and Tekken designer Michael Murphy confirmed that the game is moving forward and asked fans to settle down and wait.
"It's still in development, and it is moving forward, but that's on the development side. So obviously, with all of the products, there's that special timing that we need for that to have its own spotlight. So on the marketing side, it's a special situation, but we can say that it hasn't been cancelled, so please relax," Murphy said.
Meanwhile, A Tekken 7 release date hasn't been officially revealed, but fans and experts are speculating that the new game will definitely out by next year and will be available for the new generation consoles.
Developers are reportedly using the new Unreal Engine 4 to take the fighting game and be applied for consoles such as the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One and is also expected to be applied with Tekken x Street Fighter.
"With Unreal Engine 4, we can rapidly achieve visual quality expected on next-gen platforms and go beyond it," producer of the game Katsuhiro Harada reportedly said.
"Not only is Unreal Engine 4 powerful and easy to use, but it also allows us to bring Tekken 7 to any platform we desire."
