Recently Screen Rant's team is back to talk about the Phase 3 movie announcements of Marvel Studios including Infinity War, The Inhumans, Civil War, Black Panther and Captain Marvel.
Moreover, the fans' excitement on the unveiling and announcement of the upcoming Marvel films recently, the website invited Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios for a Question and Answer session.
Although, last week DC disclosed their 2020 slate, Feige Reacted to this.
"We wanted to make this announcement at Comic-Con this year and things were not set. Guardians hadn't come out yet so the comfort with dating the other movies wasn't set yet, so a few weeks before Comic-Con when we realized we weren't going to be able to do everything we wanted to do, we said let's do something we haven't done - which is a singular event. I thought that might be early August, I thought that might be September, it ended up being today."
He asked about Doctor Strange, Feige explained.
"If that had been confirmed, we would've announced him today. I like that there is speculation about lots of different actors, but [with regard to the announcement of Chadwick as Black Panther], I'm glad that didn't leak in earnest. Every single actor in history of a certain age has been for Doctor Strange so like everything else that will be announced later this afternoon, later this week, sometime before the release of the movie."
Feige the master of vague and misdirect description, did not answers those rumors about Doctor Strange, firing questions about how Captain America: Civil War will vary from the comic book plot, but introduced the much sooner stand alone films, as well as why there are no present plans for Hulk and Black Widow movie. He confirmed that Black Panther movie is on its way to the big screen.
