Laurel may suit up in a new Black Canary outfit, but Arrow fans are warned: The beginner is far from being a superhero.

Barry of The Flash may confront Reverse Flash but, who is he? From Vancouver: Fighting the rain for a session of TV marathon that shows Katie Cassidy, an Arrow Star. He vows to revenge Sara's death.

Driven by hate, Katie Cassidy has been desperately taking up the Black Canary mantle after her sister Sara played by Caity Lotz death, making her closer and closer to obtaining her comic book fate, something fans of the novels have been excited about since the series' premiere. But she may be placing the cart before the horse when suits up finally! The executive producer of the show Marc Guggenheim told Entertainment Weekly,

"Just because you put on a mask and a costume doesn't mean you're a superhero. A mask does not a hero make. We're really at the beginning of Laurel's journey to becoming the Black Canary, not the end by virtue of the fact that she's put on a costume." Thus when Laurel go out in a costume to fight, "It's not like Arrow [Stephen Amell], Arsenal [Colton Haynes] or Diggle [David Ramsey] going out into the field. She gets punched, she gets hit, she gets injured. When she throws a punch, she doesn't always connect. When she jumps off of something, she doesn't always land on two feet. She's a much rougher and realistic kind of crime fighter."

Guggenheim added, "I'm loath to even call her a hero at this point because I don't think she's earned that title yet, though she certainly wants to. There's going to be a continuing process of evolution with her despite the fact that she's now in costume."

Arrow airs every Wednesday at 8 pm.
