Kimberly Wyatt's baby girl is perfect, according to the former Pussycat Doll.

Kimberly Wyatt's baby girl was born Tuesday to husband Max Rogers, and the former Pussycat Doll made sure her Twitter followers were among the first to be updated.

"@max_rogers & I are delighted to announce our little girl arrived safely yesterday. We couldn't be happier, she's perfect! Now to rest.."

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Kimberly confessed she preferred to have a daughter as her firstborn. With the safe and successful delivery, she was granted her wish.

Wyatt found it hard to believe she was pregnant the day she learned the news. The couple immediately made sure the result of the pregnancy test was conclusive.

"We had just been on honeymoon in Morocco and then went to New York on the way back to London to pick up my visa. I did a test in our hotel and the two little lines popped up. Max was in the other room and I told him and we were both in disbelief until the first scan when we saw our baby on the screen."

Kimberly Wyatt's baby's father, Max Rogers, has yet to comment on the good news, but the couple is expected to dish out more details in the following days.

Wyatt is looking to close friend Kimberley Walsh for parenting advice, particularly for working moms. Looks like the Pussycat Doll isn't taking too much time out from the limelight.

"She's done a brilliant good job of balancing getting back into work with being a mum and it was nice for us to be able to connect on that level. It was so great to run into her recently - she is such a sweetheart. We were at a Specsavers event and she was hosting the entire evening. We had a quick catch up but she was busy bouncing back and forth between checking on the baby and hosting the ceremony."
