A new "Better Call Saul" trailer is out; AMC finally releases new tease for the "Breaking Bad" spinoff.

The "Better Call Saul" release date is confirmed on February 8, 2015, the first of two debut episodes. Viewers of "The Walking Dead" mid-season finale were given a surprise treat Sunday night when the 60-second "Better Call Saul" trailer aired.

A full preview of the first episode to the new series ("No Parking") is also available at AMC. The spinoff stars Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, Walter White's disreputable counsel and defense attorney in "Breaking Bad." The series ended with finality, but producers Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan explores events six years before Saul met Walter White.

"Better Call Saul" will explore Goodman's back story, and he starts out as a familiar character with a different name: Jimmy McGill. The trailer gives a glimpse of Saul's shady antics in Jimmy's persona (time.com).

The series' first season is confirmed for ten episodes, and AMC has reportedly committed for a second season. Characters from "Breaking Bad" with ties to Goodman (before Walter White and Jesse Pinkman) return, played by a familiar ensemble: Jonathan Banks, Michael McKean, Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian and Michael Mando.

Fans of "Breaking Bad" expect a thorough development of Gus's character, who apparently has ties with Saul before he had a run-in with Walter White.

The first hint of "Breaking Bad" spinoff caught on when a prop billboard for James M. McGill's services leaked, with a number to call on display. It's also a legit number with a prompt at the other end, advising callers to leave a message.

The "Better Call Saul" trailer confirms the first season, which is gaining quite the demand since "Breaking Bad" wrapped up. Insiders doubt the spinoff will enjoy the same reception, though there's already a built-in audience still eager to see how it plays out, especially if Walter White and Jesse Pinkman are involved.
