With her willingness to give up her life for the person she loves, Shin Min Ah is making viewers sad.
Based off of the legend of Arang, Shin Min Ah is playing a ghost that lost her memories in MBC's Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Arang'.
'Arang' is close to ending so most of the characters have shown their true colors or figured out their identities. At this point, Arang has remembered her past life and her unjust death.
In her past life, she was Lee Seo Rim, a maiden from a respectable family. Shin Min Ah fell for Joo Wal (played by Yeon Woo Jin) at first sight and sacrificed herself to save him. She was an innocent woman that gave up her life for the person that she loved.
The Jade Emperor (played by Yoo Seung Ho) had brought prickly Eun Oh (played by Lee Jun Ki) back to life so that he and Arang were able to meet and fall in love. She is back in a situation where she has to forfeit her life in order to save him.
She is listening to Hong Ryun's (played by Kang Moon Young) demands to protect Eun Oh. Hong Ryun wants Arang's body for herself. Arang kept on pushing Eun Oh and his feelings away, but on the 10th and 11th, she personally tied his clothes on for him and cooked him a meal and told him that she loved him, making the viewers sad.
Shin Min Ah is receiving positive reviews from the viewers with her emotional acting and narrating by conveying Arang's heartbreak.
All the focus is on Arang's decision and how it will affect the ending with only two episodes left.
