The PC master race will have to wait a little longer for the GTA V PC release date: the port's launch has been delayed to March 24, but the good news is Rockstar Games has officially confirmed the optimum and minimum requirements for the game.

The confirmed GTA V PC requirements should prove the PC master race's worth, as the optimum recommendations involve a Quad Core Processor, among a list of others. Rockstar Games confirmed the specs well ahead of time, though it has also moved the launch of the PC port to March 24.

The official site published screenshots of gameplay, and the PC version will also have Rockstar Editor, a full suite of editing tools for creating gameplay clips, ready to publish direct to Social Club and YouTube.

Console gamers got first crack at GTA V, but the developer still has plenty in store for the PC, pushing the boundaries of the hardware with 1080p resolution at 60 fps. The game is updated for 4K resolution and supports up to triple monitor configurations.
