Resident Evil Revelations 2 Pre-Order Details Revealed For The PC As Capcom Announce 'RER2' Online Raid Mode Will Be Delayed! What Caused The Delay?

We have some good news, and some bad news to all gaming fans regarding Capcom's new Resident Evil game, "Resident Evil Revelations 2."

We start off with the good news as the pre-order details for Resident Evil Revelations 2 for the PC have been revealed. According to reports from Siliconera, the game's PC version will have 20% off in any gaming retailer store when pre-order it as Resident Evil Revelations 2 Complete Edition will cost $20 to $30, and it can be played through Steam.

The website further adds, that RER2 Complete Edition will feature 4 episodes with two bonus episodes, and the raid mode character Hunk. The Game also includes extra DLC such as the Raid Mode Throwback Map Pack, a Character Costume Pack, and the additional raid mode character Albert Wesker.

Speaking of Raid Mode, this is where the bad news kicks in, as Gamespot reports that Capcom announced that RER2's online Raid mode will be delayed.

The Online Raid mode was supposed to be added shortly after the final episode, and the retail disc of the game after March.

Capcom explained that; "The team has completed work on the story mode content and is now ensuring online Raid co-op will function as expected."

The Raid Mode will be available in the first chapter of game launches on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 24. It contains 54 Raid Mode missions available in the first episode, and more will come soon. For those who have bought all four Resident Evil: Revelations 2 episodes, you will get to play around 200 Raid Mode missions.

Capcom adds that the RER2's Raid Mode will feature new weapons, upgrades, and playable characters such as Claire, Moira, Gina, Barry, and more.

Capcom will release episodic verision Resident Evil Revelations 2 on February 17 in North America,and February 18 in Europe, while the disc version will launch on March 10, and March 13 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
