Actress Lee Da Hae is one of the most successful Korean actresses in her homeland and in Asia. Her popularity in China has been growing steadily and she is very loved.
But with fame also comes the never-ending, and false rumors. Several Chinese media have been reporting that the actress signed a contract to participate in the movie “Lemons” but withdraw from the project without returning the 150 million won she receive at the time. They was also rumors of her quiting the movie because her co-star was too old for her.
Her agency Foresta Entertainment responded to this rumors by saying “This kind of rumors are created to make noise about her and give a bad light, so we don’t even pay attention to them.”
They added “About the movie “Lemons” it is matter that happened 2 years ago, and that issue have been explained and resolved. There is also no on-going lawsuit of any kind.”
They finished by saying “Chinese media only want to harm her. We only hope this rumors stop, for the sake of Korean and Chinese relationships.”
Lee Da Hae will meet the audience in the action drama “IRIS 2” starring alongside Jang Hyuk. The drama will premiere on February 13th.
