Michael Schumacher had reportedly suffered brain damage after a skiing accident in 2013, according to the Christian Post.

As reports that the Formula One champion’s health condition is slowly continuing to improve surfaces, news that a car from his vast collection is currently on sale has also been circulating.

There is reportedly a long-wheelbase 1997 Mercedes-Benz S600 on sale in Hungary. The private owner is reportedly claiming that the car previously belonged to Michael Schumacher, according to CarScoop.

He reportedly claimed that he has the documents to prove that it was previously owned by the seven-time Formula One champion. The car is reportedly listed for about $36,800 at hasznaltauto.com.

This may be exciting news for fans of Schumacher, who have continued to show support for the 46-year-old racer via social media since his accident. Schumacher has reportedly been showing signs of improvement in his health condition by communicating through his eyes and crying when he sees his family, according to the Christian Post.

Schumacher was initially unresponsive when he woke up six months after he went into a coma.

Michael Schumacher is reportedly recovering at home in Lake Geneva, Switzerland with his wife Corinna and two children, Gina and Mick, according to VC Post. He reportedly left the hospital last September.

Schumacher is reportedly due to undergo physical therapy and will have to start using a wheelchair to avoid “muscle degeneration.”

Fellow racers including Romain Grosjean have tweeted their support for Schumacher and his family.

“Happy birthday Michael. Our strength and our prayers are with you and your family. #KeepFightingMichael,” tweeted Grosjean on Schumacher’s recent 46th birthday.
