A day after confirming her pregnancy, "Game of Thrones" star Lena Headey hid her baby bump underneath a loose kaftan as she heads out to lunch with an unidentified friend in Santa Monica, California.
In a statement sent to People, the 41-year-old British actress addressed all the pregnancy rumors by saying: "I'm happy to confirm that I'm having my second child this summer. I only hope that this announcement can help me to regain some of the privacy I have recently lost to prying photographers and ask that they please respect my privacy and let me enjoy this time."
On Saturday, Lena Headey, who plays the scheming Cersei Lannister in the HBO hit, "Game of Thrones" stepped out with a friend while hiding her baby bump underneath a "loose-fitting black semi-sheer kaftan," said Daily Mail.
She also wore a straw hat and a pair of dark glasses, either to shield her face and eyes from the sun or to escape the paparazzi.
"Wearing a striped bikini top underneath the flowing garment, the TV star completed her look with a pair of brightly-coloured patterned pants and flat sandals," the article noted.
The publication noted that Lena Headey might be trying to satiate a craving as she ordered from Aussie Pie café and ate the foot right there and then.
"Game of Thrones" star Lena Headey already has a son, 4-year-old Wylie, with ex-husband Peter Loughran.
Although Lena Headey didn't reveal who's responsible for her baby bump, various reports alleged that she's romancing "Game of Thrones" co-star Pedro Pascal. Pedro Pascal played Oberyn Martell in the show but was killed off after a few episodes during his duel with The Mountain.
Reportedly, Lena Headey has been sharing photos of her and Pedro Pascal on her Instagram page, and in some of the images they appeared to be very sweet toward each other.
