The Sprint has confirmed that the most awarded smartphone at Consumer Electronic Show or CES of this year, which is LG G Flex 2, is already available for pre-order starting on Friday, Feb. 20 2015.
The Sprint confirmed on Feb. 19 that LG G Flex 2 is now available for pre-order and will be on sale on March 13.
The LG G Flex 2 will be available at a retail price of $504 or a 24-month Sprint Easy Pay payment plan for a $21 a month.
"With Sprint Easy PaySM, well-qualified buyers can purchase LG G Flex2 with $0 down, no finance fees and 24 easy monthly payments of $21," Michelle Leff Mermelstein manages wireless device communication at Sprint wrote on the company's site.
Mermelstein added that only Sprint customers will have access to a Volcano Red color of LG G Flex 2.
Furthermore, according to News Every Day, the LG G Flex 2 has a 5.5-inch Full HD P-OLED display, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 compared to its predecessor which has 720p only.
Under the hood, the LG G Flex 2 runs 64 bit Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. It has a 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB via memory card.
In terms of the camera, the Tech Times wrote that LG G Flex 2 has a 13MP camera at the back and a 2.1MP front camera. Its camera has laser autofocus and OIS or optical image stabilization. "The phone's Laser Focus feature shoots an invisible laser at the subject to quickly focus the camera, the eWeek wrote.
Moreover, the LG G Flex 2 will run on the latest operating system of Android, which is the Android 5.0 Lollipop. The LG's handset will sport a 3,000 mAh battery with a fast-charging feature that can produce a 50 percent charge in 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, interested buyers can pre-order the LG G Flex 2 at Sprint website.
