Kylie Jenner isn’t who you think she is. Really, she’s not.
Shortly after the 17-year-old bought a $2.7 million home for herself, she revealed that she’s “not materialistic,” but actually a “spiritual” person, during a recent interview with Flaunt magazine.
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star also stated that she doesn’t need “clothes and all that stuff” to live, according to the Huffington Post.
“I feel like, not that I’ve had everything, but once you feel you’ve had everything at a young age, you can either go down a path or being spoiled and self-centered, or you see it isn’t everything,” explained the reality television star.
Don’t let the $125,000 Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV that Kylie Jenner reportedly drives fool you. She’s all about staying connected to the people around her, not the materialistic things that surround her constantly in the world of Hollywood.
“People are going to judge you no matter what you do. So now I feel like I haven’t been open as much as I used to be," stated Jenner.
She added, “I haven’t really been letting my fans get to know me a lot; I closed down a little. I love to connect with people, but it became just a bigger door for people to judge me."
Kylie Jenner has recently been making headlines for her rumored romance with 25-year-old rapper Tyga. A video from Kendall Jenner’s 16th birthday reportedly shows Kim Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, who was just 14 at the time, on the stage as Tyga performs, according to HollywoodLife.
There is speculation that this is the first time Kylie met Tyga, meaning their friendship goes way back, although dating rumors between the two have only recently begun.
“If I love her, and I love her as a person, ain’t nobody else gotten deal with that,” explained Tyga during an interview with Hot97.
The father-of-one continued, “That’s real. The more your friendship grow, it keeps growing. It’s all about a friendship.”
