Kim Kardashian apparently is desperate enough to bump the ratings of "KUWTK" that she went naked for the promotional shoot for the reality show.

"If I get pregnant again soon my body is going to totally transform again," she said in the teaser clip. "So I'm doing this photo shoot today naked."

"The mother of one stands in front of the photographer's lens completely bare, covering her modesty with well placed hands," reported Daily Mail. "Her long dark hair hangs down her back in loose curls and she is fully made-up."

Afterwards, Kim Kardashian checked out the black-and-white naked photos and gave her stamp of approval.

Kanye West, who's not exactly bashful, also tweeted the naked photo of Kim Kardashian on his Twitter account, as he wrote, "I'M SO LUCKY."

The famous family has extended the contract with E! for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

"Momager Kris Jenner recently secured the astonishing deal for herself and daughters Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashianand Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Bruce Jenner is not part of the deal," Page Six noted.

Earlier reports claimed that the contract was worth $100 million which was slammed by NBC executives as "grossly inaccurate."

"NBCUniversal called the $100 mil story 'grossly inaccurate.' But our sources connected with the network say the word 'grossly' may be grossly inaccurate, because we're told best case scenario they could earn in the $80 million range (with ratings bonuses) for 3 seasons with an option for a 4th," TMZ reported.

According to the publication, Bruce Jenner was rumored to be pitching his own reality show to chronicle his transition into a woman.

This is not the first time that Kim Kardashian posed naked in an effort to document her body as she prepares to get pregnant once again. Last year's Paper magazine featured Kanye West in the buff in the collaboration to "break the Internet."
