Jamie Dornan was named the Hottest Hunk by magazine as the movie sequel for "Fifty Shades of Grey" promises to be darker.

HeatWorld named the actor, who played Christian Grey in "Fifty Shades of Grey," as the Hottest Hunk 2015.

"The 32-year-old Irish lad from Belfast topped our poll to find the sexiest celebrity man IN THE WORLD - and with THAT torso, THOSE eyes and - ahem - that way with a cable tie, we're not surprised you lot found him as face-meltingly handsome as we did," it said.

Jamie Dornan beat out the likes of Ashton Kutcher, Benedict Cumberbatch, Theo James, Matt Bomer, Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, among others.

Jamie Dornan has never been comfortable with the sex symbol tag, as he is more concerned about being a husband and father.

In an interview with British Vogue magazine, as relayed by RTE, Jaime Dornan said that growing up, he was never considered sexy. "I didn't do particularly well with girls at school. I was very shy. I'm not saying that was the only reason I didn't do well with them, but I just didn't," he said.

Jamie Dornan also said that the hype surrounding the "Fifty Shades of Grey" has come to a point where he feared for his life.

"I almost don't want to put this out there into the ether, but I fear I'll get murdered, like John Lennon, by one of those mad fans at the premiere. Because a lot of people are very angry that I'm playing this character. And I'm a father now, and a husband. I don't want to die yet," he told Details magazine.

Speaking of "Fifty Shades of Grey," the teaser for the sequel has already been released and it was noticeably darker than the first movie, said Daily Mail.

"The clip doesn't give much away but includes the suspenseful sound of a piano with heavy breathing and certainly hints that the relationship between student Anastasia Steele and Mr. Grey delves to darker levels," the article said.
