Kim Kardashian is considered by some as the queen of selfies, with a book dedicated to snapshots of herself. But it seems that Kendall Jenner has just outdone her half-sister in her own game.

According to Time, Kendall Jenner's photo lying on the ground with her hair in heart shapes is the most-liked photo on Instagram with 2.5 million likes in five weeks. This photo beat the previous record held by her older half-sister - her wedding photo with Kanye West that earned 2.4 million likes.

Kendall Jenner has reportedly rubbed it in Kim Kardashian's face by posting the photos on Twitter, saying: "Take that, KimYe!"

Though it may seem like a small thing, Kim Kardashian getting insecure over the whole situation may not be surprising. After all, Kim has admitted to personally "curating" her own Instagram account according to Us Magazine.

"I have really stayed true to myself on Instagram - maybe too many bikini selfies for some people, but it's what I want," Kim reportedly said during the Cannes Film Festival.

"I don't have a strategy, and I don't have a team doing it for me, I am not knocking anyone else that does that, but I don't find it to be authentic, if you are talking about personal things and sharing personal photos, but you are having someone else do that for you."

Though it was Kim Kardashian who have catapulted the Kardashian-Jenner clan to popularity when "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" first aired, her sisters have claimed their own moments in the limelight through the success of the reality show and its spin-offs.

Kendall Jenner might have benefited the most from Kim Kardashian's success, having a great career in high fashion at 19 years old. Celeb Dirty Laundry speculated: Is Kim jealous of Kendall's looks, youth and popularity and does the fact that she was the one who launched her half-sister's career irritate her even more?

Kim and Kendall's sibling rivalry may not be obvious at this point, but fans will surely be watching out.
