George Clooney wife's slim physique has been criticized time and again by various tabloids. Is Amal Alamuddin anorexic?
According to rumors, the human rights lawyer's weight has reportedly dropped from 128 pounds to 98 pounds since she became George Clooney's wife in September.
"Amal desperately needs to put on some weight," Globe Magazine reported in its July 20 edition. "Her arms are so thin and her collar bones jut out sharply. She looks like a walking skeleton. She has lost so much weight there are fears she is suffering from anorexia."
Rumors say George Clooney's wife is purportedly feeling a lot of pressure amid trying to balance her career and her new marriage to one of Hollywood's most popular leading men.
"Although at first Amal Alamuddin despised Hollywood and red carpet events, she soon was romanced by all of the A-List parties and designer dresses," Celeb Dirty Laundry wrote. "And now she refuses to miss a red carpet event and has even hired her own stylists and makeup artists. But, she is still trying to juggle her career as an attorney with her new lavish Hollywood lifestyle, and it is obviously taking a toll on her.
"Of course, all of those pesky divorce rumors and arguments over whether they should or should not have a baby probably aren't alleviating any of Amal's stresses."
Though Amal may look too skinny for most people, it doesn't seem like the high-profile lawyer is having no problems with her weight at all.
In fact, it has earlier been reported that George Clooney's wife has allegedly forced the actor to slim down before the awards season this year.
According to Inquisitr, Amal Alamuddin has allegedly put George on a diet with the following rules: "no booze, no fatty meat, fewer dairy products, fewer carbs and regular cholesterol checks."
