Good way to start a dating rumor. Last month during an interview, actor Joo Won named his "Level 7 Civil Servant" co-star Choi Kang Hee as the "best romantic partner" he ever had while acting.

He praised the way the "Protect the Boss" actress did romantic scenes and then said that the two had great chemistry. So, of course, fans' imaginations started working overtime.

Joo said he had chemistry with previous co-stars but not as much as he did with Choi.

"I spent a lot of time with Choi Kang Hee because we had a lot of scenes together," said Joo, who starred in "Bridal Mask." "So we just practiced our lines together until filming, and this allowed me to memorize my lines without having to put much effort into it. Towards the end, we had the best chemistry and all of the staff recognized it too. I was very satisfied with it."

That did not necessarily make their kissing scenes any easier.

"I worried about the kissing scenes," he said. "I couldn't help it. I didn't know if I should just put my lips on hers and stay that way or move them. As I was moving my lips, I wondered whether I should. I even asked her, 'Should I just stay put and not move?' and she told me to do whatever I wanted to do."

Those comments were enough to prompt a host on the SBS show "Incarnation" to ask Choi Kang Hee how she felt about her co-star, who is 10 years her junior.

Choi said that although Joo was very shy when they first worked together, they slowly became friendly and he eventually called her "noona," which is Korean for big sister.

"As a result of working together on the drama, I became very close to Joo Won," said Choi. "We freely had skinship with each other and were always by each other's side. I think Joo Won is good at making others feel comfortable."

Apparently, they were both good at it and especially with each other. But while she did admit to being slightly attracted to Joo Won that did not mean she would date him. Apparently, working as an actress has caused her to set some boundaries that apply to her personal life.

"No, I won't date him," she said in response to a question by the show's MC. "I don't date celebrities. I don't even see male celebrities as men."
Choi Kang Hee admitted that she has this policy because she dated two actors she previously worked with although she would not say which actors. So, she would never date him, no matter how cute she finds him.

Choi Kang Hee will appear in the film, "Happiness For Sale." Joo Won will appear in the film, "Only You" with Kim Ah Joong as his new romantic partner.
