Seo In Guk, who already does a good job playing Kang Woo, the second lead in the drama "The Master's Sun," has found another way to make the drama even more likeable. He contributed a song to the drama's already popular OST.

His new song, "No Matter What" is a song about letting go of fear and letting in love. It is supposed to be about Kang Woo's feelings for Gong Hyo Jin but it also seems fitting for all the characters in this drama. Gong Hyo Jin's character is a woman who is afraid of ghosts. So Ji Sub's character is a CEO who is afraid of love because he was betrayed.

In "The Master's Sun," Seo In Guk's character is a mysterious security man assigned to follow So Ji Sub's character around. To get the inside scoop on So Ji Sub's behavior he befriends and pretends to like the character played by Gong Hyo Jin but then he really falls in love with her.

The melody for Seo in Guk's song, "No Matter What," was co-written by Hwang Se Jun and Mellow Design, a songwriter group. The ballad was created to suit his voice and style of singing. Kim Ji Hyang wrote the lyrics. An accompanying piano and orchestra heighten the emotion in the song that is meant to serve as the drama's love theme.

"No Matter What" is the seventh addition to the drama's OST, which already includes "Drive Me Crazy" by Sistar's Hyolyn and "Touch Love" by Yoon Mirae. "Touch Love managed to top the charts despite the recent release of G-dragon's album "Coup D'Etat." The Melon Music site list "Touch Love" and "Drive Me Crazy" at the number one and two spots.

The soundtrack also features "Day and Night" by Gummy and "You and I" by Hong Dae Kwang. Jung Dong Ha of Boohwal added "Mystery" and Melody Day added "All About."

It's not the first time Seo In Guk has contributed to the OST of a drama that he appeared in. He sang "Fate" for the soundtrack of "Love Rain" and "Love Story" for the OST of "Reply 1997."

Although Seo In Guk, a Superstar K winner, debuted as a singer, he is developing an impressive acting resume. He also had a role in "Rascal Sons" and will soon be seen in "No Breathing," a film about competitive swimming that co-stars Lee Jong Suk and Girls Generation member Kwon Yuri.
