Actress Jun So Min, well-known for her participation in the SBS's variety show "Running Man," is still currently on her time off and just recently shared a welcome update about her rest.
On Thursday, April 24, the actress took to her Instagram account to share some of her late-night thoughts and feelings. She posted a screenshot of Kim Hyun Chul's song, "Lifetime," and wrote on the description that she brought speakers into her bedroom.
Jung So Min added that it had been a really long time since she has listened to music, and suddenly, she felt like she became afraid that romance and sentimentality had already left her. She did choose the music that was appropriate for the wee hours.
Upon posting, Jun So Min's "Running Man" co-star HaHa reacted to her post by posting a string of emojis in the comment section.
Earlier this month, Jun So Min disclosed that she would be having a temporary break from all her scheduled activities due to her health issues. The actress, as of the moment, is taking a break after showing signs of exhaustion during filming for "Running Man."
Based on reports, the actress was rushed to the hospital due to experiencing poor health and fatigue from overworking. She was then required by her physician to have some rest, and take a break from all of her busy schedules. She needs to be receiving proper treatment so that she'll get better as soon as possible.
The actress's agency also released a clarification that her health condition is not in any way related to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
One entertainment official stated that the actress's hospitalization was the result of having tight schedules. Meanwhile, the decision is up to her if she will go on with her appearance to the show.
Entertainment IM replied to the reports confirming that she will be taking a hiatus from her busy schedule to recover. The agency continued stating that they have discussed this to the "Running Man" production team and informed them that she would be gone for a month. Fortunately, the production management of the show has been very understanding of her current health situation.
In the "Running Man" episode last April 19, Yoo Jae Suk discussed the actress's short hiatus from the show during their opening comments. He expressed that the medical staff said that the actress needs rest in the hospital to restore her health. The MC also expressed that the viewers should not worry too much.
Kim Jong Kook also gave his comments that Jeon So Min is a very energetic person, and assured the viewers that she'd be back soon. Other cast members also wished their co-host a fast and swift recovery.
