After releasing "Goodbye Earth" teaser, Netflix Korea broke the silence about Yoo Ah In's participation in the forthcoming K-drama.

Netflix Unveils 'Goodbye Earth's' Teaser Poster + Announces Release Date
"Goodbye Earth" follows the story of people living out the chaotic final 200 days before an asteroid is about to collide with Earth. The series is headlined by Yoo Ah In, Ahn Eun Jin, Kim Yoon Hye, and Jeon Seong Woo. It is directed by Kim Jin Min.
Initially, the series was scheduled to hit the screen in 2023. Unfortunately, due to Yoo Ah In's drug controversy, the production team decided to postpone the release.
On March 29, Netflix announced that the drama will finally make its long-awaited debut.
Global streaming giant Netflix dropped a teaser of its upcoming pre-apocalyptic series "Goodbye Earth," starring four of the familiar faces in the industry. Along with the poster teaser is the scheduled premiere of the drama on April 26.
The poster teaser gave a sneak peek of the chaos and panic that will occur in the wake of the news about the asteroid. There's a huge billboard that features the breaking news, saying that there are only 200 days left until an asteroid hits the Earth.

A text is written, saying, "Collision is expected to happen around the Korean peninsula, 'no way to avoid it.'"
There is also a group of protesters, who desperately hope to receive help.
Another caption is engraved on the poster, which says, "We're waiting for the end."
Yoo Ah In Expected To Appear But With Limited Screen Time?
Yoo Ah In, who was indicted on drug use charges, has completed filming as a main character in the series. The issue sparked during the post-production process, and the team was faced with a difficult situation.
Netflix did not mention the actor in the press release, omitting the description of his role, but did include his name in the cast list.
On March 29, after announcing the release of the series, Netflix broke its silence on whether Yoo Ah In is still included in the project.
"Yoo Ah In appears as the main protagonist that makes up the story of the work. Together with the director, writer, and other production team, we conducted re-editing and post-production after sufficient discussion to avoid disrupting the flow as much as possible."
