Chinese actress Zhao Lusi is said to have inflicted harm as a result of recent bullying allegations, popular paparazzo Wang Dafa shocking claims.

This news is a disconcerting new aspect of Zhao's continuing health issues and the public conversation around that.

Zhao had been hurt, but not by her former talent agent, Xu Yiruo, Wang shared in a livestream on Jan. 5, as reported by Dimsum Daily. Recently, he said that she had apparently been suffering from extreme depression and anxiety and was harming herself.

"Zhao is overwhelmed by her emotions," Wang said. "This aligns with the behavior I've observed and heard about from those close to her."

Zhao Lusi shared that she was diagnosed with depression and that he had symptoms of aphasia last year, on New Year's Day — writing on social media.

This has also been their way to discuss about issues of mental health, adding, "It is sad how unfounded parameters surrounding my life can cause so much harm to people, be it in a place of work or elsewhere."

Zhao later said, "I want to be clear that I have really struggled with mental health. We have to approach these issues with empathy, not with a finger in the air."

Due to her health issues, the actress is currently taking time off work to recover.

According to the reports, she has been diagnosed with a valid disease that has been confirmed by a top-level hospital, so she is not able to perform her contract.

Even though she is eligible for contract termination due to her health condition, Zhao is not keen on pursuing it as she is worried it will harm her career more severely.

Online speculation initially centered on Li Wei, the founder of Zhao's management company, Galaxy Cool Entertainment Culture Media Co., about the allegations of abuse following the allegations. Li and Xu denied any abusive behavior.
