Jo In Sung was recently targeted by an obsessed Chinese fan and his neighbors are speaking out about the disturbing incident. Witnesses to the recent incident shared their thoughts on the unnamed Chinese woman, who has been referred by Korean press as A, during a segment on KBS2's "Entertainment Weekly."

A report published by News 1 provided detailed eyewitness accounts of the incident, as broadcast by "Entertainment Weekly."

"I was unbelievably surprised that the woman's yells were so loud, the sound traveled a distance," said a neighbor of Jo In Sung. "You could hear so well because the night was so quiet."

On September 30, a Chinese national trespassed onto the property of the "It's Okay, That's Love" star at midnight. The woman was allegedly charged with trespassing and other citations, after repeating yelling for the star to leave his home and demanded that he speak with her.

When a family member opened the door to ask her to leave, she allegedly entered the home and had to be forcibly removed.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman had previously visited the neighborhood and was seen within the boundaries of the star's home.

"Neighbors said they had seen the female several times," said the writer for News 1, in the report.

The article noted that female fans often approach well-known celebrities when they are in traveling in public. However, the Chinese woman ventured beyond the parameters of behavior exhibited by most fans.

"He was followed two years ago," said a police officer, connected to the case. "Two months ago, this incident started when the woman came to Korea with a travel visa."

The incident involving Jo In Sung drew attention to the increased number of Korean celebrities who have been targeted by obsessed fans. Reports describing his stalking incident were followed by a social media message from CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa, whose Chuseok was disrupted when fans visited his home.
