He works out in the gym regularly, sometimes lifting weights. During days off at home, he makes sure he gives himself and his muscles a nice pressure through push ups and pull ups.

For cardio, Jung Hae In runs on the treadmill at a moderate speed for 20 to 30 minutes. This helps him lose excess fat and, at the same time, burn a lot of calories while warming up his body for his main workout.
