Lee Jung Shin's Secret to Maintaining a Toned Body
The idol-actor keeps his fans updated about his whereabouts, whether recording a new song, filming for a drama, traveling, or even his workout sessions. Lee Jung Shin posted some of his gym and training sessions on Instagram.
And through the series of images he shared, the improvement in his body is noticeable. Probably the most common thing that Jung Shin does is weight training. This allows someone to work on their triceps and chest, which will make their whole body active in the long run. It is also said that it's more effective than cardio workouts in reducing fat mass in your body.
In one of his uploaded videos, the "Cinderella and Four Knights" actor is doing the chest press exercise. He also does push-ups, dumbbell presses, dumbbell flyes, chest dips, weighted push-ups, and shoulder presses.
And believe it or not, the K-drama heartthrob also does yoga to maintain his flexible body. But of course, the most important thing Jung Shin does to achieve a toned body is discipline. With proper diet and discipline in following the workout routine, anyone can achieve their desired body.
