Amidst the skyrocketing popularity of Lee Ji Ah's legal K-drama "Queen of Divorce," the actress seemed to be stuck in a string of controversies and criticisms.

Lee Ji Ah Takes Hits of Criticisms For 'Queen of Divorce' Acting
Lee Ji Ah's highly loved legal drama "Queen of Divorce" opposite Kang Ki Young is finally heading into its finale this week.
The show focuses on the stories of people facing marriage dilemmas, and how divorce becomes the sole solution to save their lives.
"Queen of Divorce" received rave reviews since its premiere. However, a string of criticisms is inevitable especially when the public tune into the work every week.
With that said, Lee Ji Ah, who headlines the show, isn't exempted from the hate comments. The actress received harsh comments from viewers all around the world since the drama debuted.
Malicious comments became out of hand after it didn't only target the drama's loopholes and the actress' "poor acting" but also pointed out how Lee Ji Ah "looked unnatural" due to plastic surgeries.
BH Entertainment To Take Action Against Lee Ji Ah's Haters
Because of the personal attacks and malicious slander against Lee Ji Ah, BH Entertainment, the actress' agency, tapped law firm Yulchon LLC for legal advice.
On February 27, the agency stated that they will eradicate malicious slander and personal attacks that damaged the reputation of the renowned actress.
The company said, "We are now collecting data through our monitoring system and gathering evidence. We will track down malicious comments and hold them accountable by the law without mercy."
In addition, they will also comb through online communities, forums, YouTube and other social media sites before proceeding with the legalities such as civil and criminal lawsuits with Yulchon LLC.
Meanwhile, Lee Ji Ah's "Queen of Divorce" now heads into its penultimate week. Catch it every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:50 p.m. KST on JTBC.
