The incident was detailed in a video uploaded to the YouTube channel "Kim Sudal," which features stories from those working in passenger aviation.

As per a video that the ex-flight attendant uploaded on YouTube, many of the celebs would request that they ought not to be situated close to Korean travelers, as Korean individuals habitually snap photos or shoot recordings amid the flight.

"Fans book tickets on the same flight they are going on, and sit right next to them, so that the celebrity has to be on their toes the entire 10 hours or longer, with no relaxation," she said.

The attendant described one instance with the actress, saying: "Once, I got called to the cabin based on a request.

The actress stood with her back against a pillar at the entrance to the restroom, saying, 'I am a top star. Please remove the Korean.' I will never forget that moment. Every time I see her on TV, I am reminded of that incident."

The clip also touched on comments about how celebs should just buy two seats in order to avoid awkwardness.

But as the past attendant put it, "You can't pay for two seats for yourself unless you're traveling with someone.' The only exceptions are large musical instruments like a cello or gayageum that must be kept in the overhead bin."

Since then, the actress's behavior has received a significant backlash on social media. Several netizens are furious over her behavior, raising the issue of celebrity privilege once again.
